Cancellation Policy
Self-Tape Audition Policy Welcome to our self-tape studio! Our mission is to provide actors with a seamless, professional setup to deliver their best performances. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and productive session: Booking & Payment: Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon payment. To secure your spot, please ensure timely payment when scheduling. Contact Information: Call or text (818) 232-6928 upon arrival. Cancellations & Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your session, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. Session Timing & Overtime: Flexible Timing: We offer various time slots to suit your needs. If your session exceeds the booked time by more than 10 minutes, you will automatically be billed at the next tier to maintain flexibility and fairness. Pricing Tiers: 30 minutes – $55 45 minutes – $75 60 minutes – $95 90 minutes – $125 Need Extra Time? If you feel you may need more time, consider booking a longer slot to avoid overtime charges. Rush Editing & Turnaround Options: Standard Turnaround: Receive your tape within 24 hours after filming. Rush Option: If you need your tape within the same day, a $25 rush fee will apply. No Satisfaction Guarantee Since self-taping is a creative process, and we believe each session is a collaborative effort, we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee. However, we commit to providing you with a professional setup, a skilled reader, and a supportive environment to help you capture your best performance. We are here to facilitate your creative process but understand that artistic outcomes are inherently subjective.
